Rescheduling or cancellation is allowed up until 5 days from departure time. Prior to that, we will be happy to credit your ticket order amount toward rescheduling to a different departure or train provided you contact us via e-mail. After that time, your tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. In the event that you do not use your ticket and you have not already rescheduled it, your ticket is also non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
