ADVANCE TICKET INFORMATION
BE YOUR OWN TICKET AGENT.
Simply print out a copy of the Advance Ticket Order Form. The link for this is located above. Follow the instructions for filling it out and then mail the form with your check or money order. This is the fastest way to obtain Confirmed Advance Tickets.
It is not necessary to Purchase Advance Tickets for our Regular Excursions.
Advance Tickets for any Theme Train are available.
Call the Ticket Station at
(616) 997-7000 - Extension #4,
to reach one of our Volunteer agents from 9:30 am until 2:30 pm on any Wednesday or Saturday, May through October. Saturdays only March/April & November/December
If those times are not convenient for you, you may call
at any day and time and leave a message at that number and extension.
Please indicate your daytime and nighttime phone number.
Also indicate the day and time of your requested tickets.
A volunteer will call you back within 24 hours,except on Sundays.
The agent who calls you back will inform you of total price and check mailing procedures. When we receive the check, your tickets will be confirmed and will be sent to you.
Tickets may also be retained in the station for you to pick up at the Will Call window.
Pizza Trains, Hobo Bindle Lunch Charters
& Regular Charters are the only trains for which we can accept reservations.
We would like to be able to afford a site on which you could use your credit card,
but do you know how much those capabilities cost?
Wow, we could buy more parts for our historic restoration, at those prices!
So, help us out by using the printable form for your reservation and then use the mail. You'll become an unofficial C&M Volunteer by doing so.
We now have Credit Card Service at our station,
for onsite and direct phone calls on days of departures, Visa & MasterCard.
We're getting better all the time!
